- The Fall 2018 Haiti Mission Trip is 10/13/2018 - 10/20/2018
- The registration deadline is 7/15/18. $100 fee due.
- The cost is approximately $1867.03 per person. ($1050 for WWV and $717 for plane tickets and $99.94 for hotel)
- The funds are due on 9/16/18.

- Arrives at Fort Lauderdale at 10:59 a.m.

- Departs from Port-au-Prince at 9:06 a.m.
- Arrives at Miami at 11:20 a.m.

- Arrives at Chicago at 7:19 p.m.
- You need $10 in cash for the Tourist fee in Port-Au-Prince Airport.
- In Haiti, we will be staying in Williamson.

- We carry a lot of gifts (from sponsors to their sponsor kids) and supplies to Haiti. I suggest that you bring a backpack, a carry-on bag, and a check-in bag. The check-in bag is for carrying gifts and supplies to Haiti. This suitcase might be something you can buy at the Salvation Army and leave in Haiti.

- Packing Party: We are meeting at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, 10/10/2018 at Grace Community Church Rooms 302.
- Post Haiti Debrief will be during 3rd Service on 11/04/2018 in Rooms 304-305.
Homework for Fall 2018 Trip
- Study the Gospel of John. Reread it a few times. Pay attention to how Jesus interacted with people.
- Establish 2 prayer buddies. One who is going on the trip and one is staying home. If your spouse is going on the trip, don't choose your spouse.
- However, prayer with your spouse on the trip in highly encouraged :)
- Other suggestions not on the handout.
- Memorize scripture. Pick a few verses on both sharing the gospel and suffering.
- Read Encounters with Jesus (listed below)
- If you haven't been through the counseling training, read Instruments in the Redeemer's Hands by Paul Tripp (listed below).
